Thanks for the comment on my blog identifying the quilt pattern as Cobblestones! I finished it, so check back for the "after" photos.
Hi Betty, my name is Michele and it is my blog that features the links to the over 2,500 free quilt patterns. Thanks for linking to it, here! I live in Salem OR but I come up to Douglas Alaska every 3 to 5 months and stay for a whole month care taking my 83 year old mother with moderately advanced Alzheimer's. She is also legally blind and has fragile diabetes. I know the challenges of dementia related care taking and the memory loops and missing chunks so very well! When I'm not here she is cared for full time at home by my 92 year old father. I am delighted you created a link that allowed me to come here and find your own blog and this connection between us. Please visit With Heart and Hands and keep in touch with comments and emails with someone who truly understands!
Dear Betty, I left a note for you on my blog in response to your comment you left on 'The Ties That Bind'...because you do not list an email here nor one that links to your blogger name when commenting.I left my comment to yours there, as its pretty obvious that we have a lot of connections! Please know that I am sending my energies your way to help you through these challenging times.((hugs))
